A vintage old school Tabriz with silk flowers

A uniquely round mahi masterpiece with relatively large diameter. The navy blue field is full of delicately ornamented motifs around an octagonal medallion.

The edge of the carpet is crenellated in-and-out lovingly and the circle is completed by an outer plain kilim that evens the edges (in pink!!).
